Refund Policy

In case registered user/Customer is not satisfied with our service, forward us an email with your relevant details like Order ID, payment receipt and reason for refund to hello@pmtranscripts.comand we shall do our best to resolve the same.

Refund amount will be transferred to an Indian bank account only. Refund process will take minimum of 7-10 working days.

If supporting documents of application is found to be FAKE/ FORGED/ALTERED/ TAMPERED at the time of submission to University/College, such application will not be entitled for any refund amount. University may also take legal necessary action in all such cases.

If cancellation/rejection of application happens before submission of application to university/ institution, cancellation fee up to Rs.1,500/- as Service Fee plus applicable GST will be deducted. University Fee if paid, will be fully refunded.

If cancellation/rejection of application happens after the submission of application to university/ institution, cancellation fee up to 50% of Service Fee plus applicable GST will be deducted. University Fee paid to University/Institution will not be refunded.

In case the university/college authorities ask for applicant's contact information due to any reason, we will be bound to share such information with the authorities.

GST paid is non-refundable in case of application is cancelled for any reason.

After submission of documents to the University, if the application is on hold due to lack of information or providing incomplete/fake supporting documents or for any other reason, such application will get closed automatically after 2 months from the date of application request date. Such application will not be entitled for any refund amount.

After processing the documents and collection of Education Records from the University/ institution, If it is not collected by the user/customer within 2 month, due to any reasons, no refunds shall be applicable in such a case.

pmTranscripts™ is not being responsible for any lost, misplaced or damaged documents after the dispatch and sharing the tracking of courier/postal service of user/customer Education records. It is respective to courier/postal company policies in any case.

pmTranscripts™ will not be responsible for any loss or damage to official transcript or attestation of mark sheet and degree certificate. due to any mistakes by university/postal error/accidents/thefts/natural calamity etc. Reprocessing of application for such cases will require repayment of service charges and university fees by the user/customer.

If paid amount related to service fee, GST and University fees by user/customer, due to technical issues or any other reason, is less than the actual Fees, pmTranscripts™ may ask the user to pay the additional amount.

pmTranscripts™ reserves all the rights to reject any application/refuse Service to anyone for any reason without giving any reasons at any time.
