Transcript is a record of student’s marks or grades achieved during their studiesand maintained by the respective University. It is officially signed and sealed by concerned college or education institute authorities or must be authorized by registrar.
Transcript contains all the Subject wise marks obtained by the student during his/her course from the University. Transcript is duly signed and sealed by the University authorities i.e Registrar, Controller of Examination etc. Every University/ College /Institution has different pattern of preparing transcripts.

Delivery time depends on the processing time by college or university. The processing also includes the application evaluation time and processing duration at colleges or university. Normally, it takes one week to four weeks to get transcripts from university. Few universities may take more time in processing the application.
Yes. pmTranscripts™ ships the transcripts to WES/ICAS/IQAS/CES and other Evaluation bodies as per their requirements. For Higher Studies in abroad or Immigration purposes, we arrange transcripts to be sent directly by the Indian Universities to the Universities/Evaluation bodies.
No. Once the transcript has been applied in the University/College /Institution,delivery address cannot be changed.
Documents asked by the education institutions differ as per their requirements. Generally, document asked by the institutions are –
Documents must always be uploaded online. If originals are required, it should be sent through DHL Express or Bluedart Courier only.
Kindly be cautions and vigilant before submitting the documents. Otherwise, it will be loss of time.
Often degree certificate and university issued mark-sheets for some institutes are oversized and don’t fit our normal home scanners. It is better you take the documents to business center or photocopy stores and get the size reduced to A4. Take clear copies of the documents and send them to us.
